How to Prepare for Your 3D/4D Session

To get the clearest images of your little one, please follow these simple steps:

  • Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: For the best 3D/4D clarity, start drinking 64oz (8 glasses) of water daily for at least 3–5 days before your appointment. High amniotic fluid levels act like a "window" for the camera.

  • The Sugar Kick: Eat a light meal or have a small glass of orange juice/fruit about 20 minutes before you arrive. The natural sugars often encourage the baby to wake up and move for the camera!
