How to Prepare for Your Ultrasound

    • Drink 2 cups of water 30 minutes before your appointment.

    • Wear comfortable, two-piece clothing.

    • Stay well hydrated a week before your appointment

    • A light snack before your session may help encourage baby to move.

    • Wear comfortable, two-piece clothing.

    • 26–32 weeks is typically ideal for facial images.

    • If you have an anterior placenta, scheduling earlier (25-28 weeks) may help with image quality.

    • Earlier appointments are welcome beginning at 14 weeks, but facial images may vary based on baby's position and development.

  • Sometimes babies like to hide their faces! If your baby isn't cooperating during your 3D/4D session:

    • Baby Shy Rescan: 10–15 minute rescan within 7 days for $30.

    • Premium Package: Complimentary Baby Shy Rescan included.

    • Rescans are for baby positioning only and are not a repeat of the original session.
