Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. One courtesy reschedule is permitted per appointment.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice. Deposits may be forfeited.

Studio & Mobile Sessions

Guests & Children
Guests are welcome. Children must remain supervised by another adult at all times.

Mobile Appointments
Mobile services are available throughout the Greater Houston area. A $30 travel fee applies to appointments 20+ miles from our studio. Please provide a clean 6' × 6' space near a power outlet for equipment setup.

Weather
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions.

Ultrasound Information

Baby Bliss Ultrasound provides elective keepsake ultrasounds for bonding and entertainment purposes only. Image quality depends on baby's position, gestational age, amniotic fluid, and other factors beyond our control, so specific images cannot be guaranteed.

Eligible packages include a complimentary rescan if baby's position prevents us from obtaining the desired images.

Early Gender DNA Testing

SneakPeek Clinical® Early Gender DNA Testing is available beginning at 6 weeks of pregnancy. Results are provided directly by SneakPeek Labs and are reported to be 99.9% accurate when collection guidelines are followed.

Once a blood sample has been collected and submitted for processing, DNA testing is non-refundable.

Payments & Refunds

All remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. All services, deposits, and add-ons are non-refundable.

Photos & Privacy

Ultrasound images and videos are provided for your personal keepsake use. We may request permission to share images, videos, or testimonials on our website or social media. Nothing will ever be shared without your written consent.

Liability

Baby Bliss Ultrasound provides non-diagnostic elective ultrasound services and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or medical advice. Our services do not replace prenatal care or medical ultrasounds. Any medical concerns should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

Agreement

By booking or attending an appointment with Baby Bliss Ultrasound, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
