Elective & Non-Diagnostic Disclaimer
All Baby Bliss Ultrasound sessions are elective and non-diagnostic. Our scans are for keepsake and bonding purposes only and should never replace any medical ultrasounds ordered by your healthcare provider.
No medical evaluation, diagnosis, or measurements are performed during your visit.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at your session. We accept cash, Zelle, or card payments via Square.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us to reschedule.
Cancellations & Reschedules
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment time. Please note that rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Please arrive on time; if you are running late, message us as soon as possible.
Studio & Mobile Sessions
Studio sessions take place in our cozy, home-based studio near Downtown Houston.
The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed for privacy and safety reasons.
For mobile sessions, a $40 travel fee applies within 20 miles of downtown.
Additional mileage can be accommodated upon request.
Guests
You’re welcome to bring your loved ones to share this special experience!
Our studio is family-friendly, though we recommend limiting guests for comfort and space.
Media & Image Delivery
Clients receive digital photos and/or video clips as outlined in their selected package.
Baby Bliss Ultrasound is not responsible for the quality of images affected by baby positioning, fluid levels, or other factors beyond our control.
Every baby is unique — we’ll always do our best to capture beautiful moments.
Consent & Waiver
All clients are required to complete and sign a short consent form before their scan.
This form acknowledges that Baby Bliss Ultrasound sessions are elective, non-diagnostic, and for keepsake and bonding purposes only.
